10. Transfer of Produce Seller's Licence
If a licensed seller dies or parts with his or her property in the plantation or land set out in his or her licence, the magistrate shall, by endorsement thereon, transfer such licence to the person who is proved to his or her satisfaction to have acquired the property in such plantation or land.
