(1) Every person desiring to obtain a Produce Dealer's Licence shall make application to the magistrate of the district within which the premises where he or she intends to carry on business are situate.
(2) Such application shall be in Form I set out in Schedule 2, and shall state in full the name and address of the applicant and the situation and description of the premises in respect of which the application is made.
(3) Subject to the provisions of section 34 the magistrate shall grant the licence within 7 days after the receipt of the application.
