(1) If any licensed huckster or licensed pedlar is convicted of larceny, or of receiving stolen goods or of any offence against this Act the convicting Judge or magistrate may, in addition to any other penalty, order such huckster's or pedlar's licence to be cancelled and to be delivered to the Registrar or magistrate as the case may be within the time specified in such order.
(2) Any person failing to deliver any such licence in accordance with any such order commits an offence against this Act.
