It is the duty of each magistrate to cause—
(a) a list of the names and places of business of all licensed dealers in his or her district to be posted at each Police Station in such district;
(b) such list to be corrected as may be necessary;
(c) such list to be published in the Gazette as soon as convenient after 31 January in each year.
