(1) Every person desiring to obtain a Produce Seller's Licence shall apply to the magistrate of the district in which the plantation or land is situate whereon the licensable produce which the applicant proposes to sell or export is growing.
(2) Such application shall—
(a) be in Form A set out in Schedule 2;
(b) state in full the name and address of the applicant and the locality and name if any of his or her plantation or land;
(c) state as near as shall be practicable the number of trees bearing the licensable produce which he or she seeks to sell;
(d) state whether the applicant holds such land as sole owner, part owner, lessee, manager or otherwise.
(3) An applicant whose application contains a statement false in any particular commits an offence.
