(1) If any licensed dealer is convicted of larceny or of receiving stolen goods or of any offence against this Act, the convicting judge or magistrate may in addition to any other penalty, order such dealer's licence to be cancelled.
(2) The Registrar or magistrate as the case may be shall cause notice of such order and of the date thereof to be published in the Gazette.
