(1) A Produce Dealer's Licence shall be in Form J set out in Schedule 2.
(2) Such licence shall be in respect of one set of premises only, and, subject to the provisions of section 29, shall entitle the licensee to deal in licensable produce upon the premises stated in his or her licence.
