**60. Certificate of director or deputy director to be prima facie evidence**

A certificate purporting to be issued by the Director or Deputy Director regarding the condition of any weight, measure or weighing or measuring instrument, examined by him or her shall, without further proof, be admissible in evidence in any court, and shall be prima facie proof of the facts stated therein.
