43. Deceptive packaging
Any person who supplies, sells or exposes for sale any goods in a container or pre-package which is so made, formed or filled as to be misleading as to the nature, weight or capacity of the contents, commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term of 6 months or to both such fine and imprisonment.
