17. Use of weighing or measuring instruments

A person shall not use for the purpose of any trade, or have in his or her possession for use in any trade, any weighing or measuring instrument which does not bear a stamp indicating the maximum weight or measure, as the case may be which may be weighed or measured by means of such instrument.
