41. Use or possession of incorrect weights and measures

Any person who uses for the purpose of any trade, or has in his or her possession for use in any trade, any weight or measure or weighing or measuring instrument which is not correct commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term of 6 months or to both such fine and imprisonment.
