23. Legal status of weights etc. stamped by inspectors

Every weight or measure or weighing or measuring instrument which has been duly stamped by an inspector under this Act with the prescribed mark of verification shall unless it is found thereafter to be false or incorrect be a legal weight, measure or instrument, as the case may be, in any part of Saint Lucia.
