(1) An inspector shall not use any Working Standard for the purposes of testing any weight or measure at any time after the expiry of a period of 2 years from the date on which that standard was last stamped as correct.
(2) An inspector shall not use for the purposes of this Act a weighing or measuring instrument which is provided for his or her use unless that instrument has been verified in the prescribed manner.
