Every person designated as an inspector shall on his or her being designated give security in such sum as may be prescribed for the due discharge of the duties of his or her office, for the due payment of all fees received by him or her under this Act and for the safety of the working standards and stamps and other appliances entrusted to him or her for the purposes of this Act.
