(1) Where there is a change of a director, beneficial owner or shareholder of an alien at the time of making an application or at any other time, that alien must give written notice, within 15 business days of that change, in the prescribed form to the Board.
(2) A notice under subsection (1) must be accompanied by —
(a) the filed corporate documents of the company, including a notice of directors, beneficial owners and shareholders;
(b) a police certificate of good character or its equivalent from the country of domicile and, if not the same, country of nationality of the director, beneficial owner or shareholder;
I a certified copy of the passport bio-data page of the director, beneficial owner or shareholder;
(d) a bank reference letter with regard to the director, beneficial owner or shareholder;
I a birth certificate or birth record for the director, beneficial owner or shareholder.
