24. Waiver of an alien landholding licence fee

(1) Cabinet may, by Order published in the Gazette, waive the payment of the prescribed alien landholding licence fee.

(2) A waiver under subsection (1) does not remove the requirement for an alien to make an application for an alien landholding licence under section 15.
