(1) The Attorney General may make regulations necessary for the better carrying out of the objects of this Act.
(2) Without derogating from the generality of subsection (1), the regulations may provide for—
(a) the form for medical reports submitted by a medical practitioner or specially qualified person under this Act;
(b) the procedure for an investigation by a coroner;
(c) the procedure at an inquest held with a jury.
