(1) A person shall not obstruct or attempt to obstruct the members, officers and staff of the Commission or any service licensee in the performance of any powers or functions conferred by this Act.
(2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and upon summary conviction is liable to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both. (Substituted by Act 3 of 2016)
