(1) There is hereby established the Water Resources Management Agency for the purpose of managing water resources.
(2) The Agency shall be under the portfolio of the Minister responsible for water resource management and shall be administered by a Director assisted by a Deputy Director and other necessary administrative and technical personnel appointed by the Public Service Commission. (3) The Director shall report to the Minister.
(4) The Minister may appoint such persons as the need arises on an ad hoc basis to give technical advice to the Agency.
