7. Execution of documents

All deeds, instruments, contracts and other documents, other than those required by law to be under seal, shall be deemed to be duly executed or signed by or on behalf of the Board, if they are signed by the Chairperson or General Manager and some other person duly authorised by the Board in that behalf.
