(1) The Board may appoint and employ at such remuneration and on such terms and conditions as thinks fit such officers and servants as it deems necessary for the proper carrying out of its functions under this Act.
However, no salary in excess of the rate of $7,200, per annum shall be assigned to any post without the prior approval of the Minister.
(2) The persons so engaged shall perform such duties as may be assigned to them by the General Manager.
