(1) There is hereby established a Board to be known as the Saint Lucia Marketing Board.
(2) The Board shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and with power as such to enter into contracts, to sue and be sued and in its said name, to acquire, hold, lease and dispose of all kinds of property moveable or immoveable, and to do and perform such acts and things as bodies corporate may by law do and perform subject to the provisions of this Act.
