16. Establishment and maintenance of superannuation schemes
The Board may with the approval of and subject to such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Minister, provide for the establishment and maintenance of a Pension Scheme or a Provident Fund Scheme for the benefit of the officers and employees of the Board, and in every such scheme different provisions may be made for different classes of officers and employees.
