(1) The Minister may, with the approval of the House of Assembly, by warrant under his or her hand authorise the Accountant General to make advances to the Board in such sums and on such terms and conditions as he or she may think fit for the purposes of this Act.
(2) For the purpose of making approved advances to the Board under the provisions of the preceding subsection the Minister may authorise advances out of the proceeds of any loan raised for the purpose, or out of the reserve funds, revenues or surplus balances of Saint Lucia.
