(1) The seal of the Board shall be kept in the custody of the Chairperson or of the General Manager and may be affixed to instruments pursuant to a resolution of the Board and in the presence of the Chairperson and the General Manager.
(2) The seal of the Board shall be authenticated by the signature of the Chairperson and the General Manager.
(3) Until a common seal is obtained a stamp bearing the words “Saint Lucia Marketing Board” and authenticated by the signatures of the Chairperson and General Manager may be used instead of such seal.
