The funds of the Board shall consist of—
(a) sums as may accrue to the Board as a result of its operations under this Act;
(b) sums as may be provided from time to time by the House of Assembly for the use of the Board;
(c) sums as may be borrowed by the Board for the purpose of meeting any of its obligations or discharging its functions under this Act; and
(d) other sums from any source as may be granted, loaned, paid, allocated or vested in the Board in respect of any matter incidental to its powers and duties.
