28.   Falsely conveying the impression of being enrolled

A person who is not enrolled as a nursing assistant under this Act, who takes or uses the name or title of “nursing assistant” either alone or in combination with any words or letter, or who uses any name, title, addition or description, uniform or badge implying or calculated to convey the impression that he or she is enrolled as a nursing assistant under this Act, commits an offence.
