43. notice of refusal or of order of removal or suspension
Where the application of any person for registration as a nurse or as a midwife or for enrolment as a nursing assistant or for a licence as a nurse practitioner has been refused by the Council, or when any order has been made for the removal or suspension of the name of any person from the Register of Nurses, Register of Midwives or the Roll of Nursing Assistants, or the list of licensed nurse practitioners it is the duty of the Secretary/Treasurer of the Council to give notice of such fact to the person concerned.
