32.   Appeal

A person aggrieved by the refusal of the Council to enter his or her name on the Register of Nurses or on the Register of Midwives, as the case may be, or by the suspension or cancellation of his or her registration as a nurse, midwife or nurse practitioner may, within one month from the date on which notice is given to him or her by the treasurer/secretary, appeal against the Council's decision to a judge in chambers, and the judge in giving his or her decision may make such order as to costs as he or she shall think fit.
