39. Making of false representation for purpose of registration

A person who, for the purpose of obtaining registration as a nurse or a midwife or a licence as a nurse practitioner or enrolment as a nursing assistant under this Act, either for himself or herself or for any other person, makes any false representation, whether by words, in writing, or by conduct, commits an offence.
