(1) The Council shall keep for the purposes of this Part a register, to be known as the Register of Midwives, on which shall be entered the names of all persons who are entitled to be registered in accordance with the provisions of this Part.
(2) The entry on the Register of Midwives shall show the date of the registration and the qualification upon which the registration is based.
