(1) Any moneys payable upon a summary conviction under this Act shall be paid to the Court, which shall cause the sums to be paid to the Secretary/Treasurer on behalf of the Council.
(2) All other moneys payable under this Act, whether by way of fees, fines or otherwise, shall be paid to the Council to be used for carrying the purposes of this Act into effect.
