(1) Section 91(a) to 91(f) and 91(h) refer to education or instruction intended mainly to develop students' abilities in subjects preparing them for studies at the elementary, secondary, post-secondary, tertiary or university level, as the case may be.
(2) Section 91(g) and 91(i) refer to vocational education or vocational training which is intended mainly to develop students' abilities so as to prepare them for an occupation, a trade or a profession.
