(1) A scholarship holder shall enter the approved university, college or institution within a reasonable period after the award of the scholarship and shall keep the prescribed term continuously until the scholarship expires.
(2) No change shall be made by a scholarship holder in either the university or college or institution attended or the approved course of study except with the approval of the Cabinet.
