69. Minutes of board receivable in evidence
Minutes of meetings of any Board of Management established under sections 57 and 64 are, if duly signed by the chairperson, or deputy chairperson, receivable in evidence in all legal proceedings without further proof and every meeting of a Board of Management in respect of which minutes have been signed is considered to have been duly convened and held, and all members present at the meeting are considered to have been duly qualified to act.
