(1) Every Board of Management under this Division shall submit to the Minister—
(a) a report in accordance with section 60;
(b) not later than 31 August in each year, or such later date as the Minister approves, a statement of its accounts, audited in accordance with section 67, for the financial year ending that year; and
(c) on or before 31 July in each year, its estimates of revenue and expenditure in respect of the next financial year for the approval of the Minister.
(2) Copies of the documents referred to in subsection (1)(a) and (b) shall be laid in Parliament.
