(1) A student may express any religious, political, moral, or other belief or opinion so long as the expression does not adversely affect the rights or education of other students, or the rights of other persons in the school.
(2) Students who have attained the age of 18 years are entitled to exercise all the rights and powers, to assume all the obligations, and to receive all the benefits under this Act with respect to them that their parents are otherwise entitled to exercise, assume, or receive on their behalf.
