110. Cancellation of registration
Where a proprietor who is served with a notice under section 109 fails, within the time specified in the notice or within such further time as the Minister allows, to comply with the notice, the Minister shall—
-
(a) cancel the permit and the registration of the private educational institution; and
-
(b) in writing inform the proprietor—
-
(i) that the permit has been revoked and the registration has been cancelled and of the reasons for the revocation and cancellation, and
-
(ii) of his or her right to appeal under section 111.
