109. Notice to comply
Where the Minister is satisfied that a private educational institution registered under this Act has ceased to be conducted in accordance with this Act or regulations made under this Act, the Minister may serve on the proprietor of the institution a notice of that fact, requiring him or her within the time specified in the notice to conduct the school in accordance with this Act or the regulations as the case may be.
