7. Application for registration

(1) A person may make an application to the Minister for the registration of land as a private burial ground.

(2) An application under subsection (1) —
1. (a) must be in the prescribed form;
1. (b) must be accompanied by a plan showing the prescribed particulars and the prescribed application fee.
