(1) A person to whom a certificate of registration is issued under section 9 shall exhibit in a prominent position at each place where the business of the private burial ground is conducted, a copy of the certificate of registration.
(2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding 3 months.
