(1) Where the period of validity of registration expires, an application may be made for re-registration.
(2) An application under subsection (1) —
(a) must be in the prescribed form;
(b) must be accompanied by the prescribed re-registration fee.
(3) Where the Minister grants an application for re-registration, he or she shall issue a certificate of registration under section 9.
(4) When renewing registration, the Minister may vary the conditions attached to the registration and may impose additional conditions.
