(1) A licensee shall exhibit the licence in a prominent position at the crematorium or cremation pyre site and place where the business of the crematorium or cremation pyre site is conducted.
(2) A licensee who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding 3 months.
