(1) A charge may be made for entrance into the Park and at such entrance fee as the Council may determine. Editor's note: By Gazette notice 798/1987 a Park Entry Fee of $3 was set.
(2) A person shall not enter the Park or remain thereon without having paid the entrance fee so chargeable unless he or she had special permission so to do the proof whereof shall be on him or her.
