(1) Despite the election of ordinary and associate members, on the recommendation of the Council, honorary members may be elected at any general meeting of the Trust.
(2) A ⅔ majority of members of the Trust present and voting shall be necessary for election of honorary members.
(3) Honorary members may be elected for life or for such period as the members may determine.
(4) An honorary member is entitled to all the privileges of membership but an honorary member is not entitled to vote at meetings or to be a member of the Council.
