13. Accounts
Proper accounts shall be kept of all sums of money received and expended by the Trust and of the matters in respect of which such receipts and expenditure take place, and the property, assets and liabilities of the Trust and, subject to any reasonable restrictions as to the time and manner of inspecting the same that may be imposed in accordance with the rules of the Trust. Such accounts shall be opened at all or reasonable times to the inspection of the members of the Trust.
