10.   Certain Property of Trust to be alienable

Whenever after the passing of this Act immoveable property (including buildings) or submarine and subterranean areas shall become vested in the Trust, the Council may by resolution determine that such property or submarine and subterranean areas or such portions thereof as may be specified in such resolution are proper to be held for the benefit of the State, and such property or buildings or submarine and subterranean areas shall therefrom be so held by the Trust and shall be inalienable.
