The funds as well as the immoveable property and effects of the Trust shall be alone subject and liable to any charge and demand against the Trust, and no subscriber to the capital of the Trust is liable for or charged with the payment of any debt or demand due from the Trust beyond the extent of the aforesaid funds, immoveable property and effects of the Trust.
