(1) The name of every candidate who has been duly elected by the Council shall be communicated to the Secretary of the Trust.
(2) On receipt of the name of the candidate the Secretary of the Trust shall inform the candidate that he or she has been elected and shall send the candidate a copy of these Rules with a request to remit to the banker of the Trust within one month of the date of that request the amount of his or her first subscription.
(3) Upon payment of his or her first subscription the candidate shall become a member of the Trust and be entitled to all the benefits and privileges of membership and be bound by these Rules.
