At any general meeting, unless a poll is demanded by the chairperson or by at least 1/3 of the members present, a declaration by the chairperson that a resolution has or has not been carried and an entry to that effect in the book of proceedings of the Trust shall be conclusive evidence that the resolution has or has not been carried out.
